It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Priti Laderoute of Edmonton, Alberta. Priti served as the Senior Manager of Sustainability at EPCOR Utilities Inc., where she dedicated 17 impactful years to shaping a better, greener future for all.
Priti was not only a respected professional—she was a true visionary. Recognizing a critical gap in EPCOR’s sustainability approach, she took bold initiative, transforming ideas into strategies that reshaped the company’s policies and elevated its environmental standards. Through her leadership, EPCOR emerged as a recognized leader in corporate responsibility.
Priti had a rare gift for uniting people. Her ability to bring diverse stakeholders together, communicate the value of sustainable practices, and drive measurable change made her a force to be reckoned with—and a beloved colleague and mentor to many.
More than just her professional accomplishments, Priti will be remembered for her integrity, warmth, and deep commitment to making the world a better place. Her passion, vision, and impact will live on in the work she inspired and in the hearts of those who had the honor of knowing her.
