The community of Ord is mourning the loss of Lisa Stethem, a devoted and compassionate healthcare professional who made an immeasurable impact at Valley County Health System Medical Clinic. Lisa’s dedication to her patients and her team was nothing short of extraordinary. Whether she was providing care, answering phones, assisting fellow providers and nursing staff, or drawing labs during her lunch break, Lisa gave her all—often going above and beyond, even while eating, to ensure others were supported.
Her selfless nature, vibrant presence, and tireless work ethic made her an irreplaceable part of the clinic and the broader community. Lisa’s passing is deeply felt by all who had the honor of knowing her.
A short memorial for Lisa will be held:
